摘 要:某电厂大修后开机过程中出现了比较大的振动故障 ,振动呈现明显的周期性波动现象 ,停机过程中振动异常增大 ,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。全面介绍了机组振动测试分析结果 ,深入分析了机组故障原因 ,指出轴承油档内油垫与轴的摩擦是导致异常振动的根本原因 ,据此进行了治理 。A large vibration fault occurs in a power plant during the first running process of the turbo generator after been repaired. Periodically fluctuating vibration and abnormally large vibration during the stop process occur in the unit. The unit can't run safely and reliably due to the large unstable vibration. The vibration fault diagnosis process is presented in the paper in detail. It is concluded that the rub between the oil gasket and shaft is the main reason for the unstable vibration. Fault diagnosis project was realized during the overhaul of the unit. The vibration problem was solved.
