摘　　要：马钢一钢厂SKF钢包精炼炉,原采用两套相对独立的底吹氩气搅拌系统,在事故状态下无法替换使用,对钢种质量和生产计划有一定的影响。为此进行了改造,使之可以互为备用,减少了故障状态下待机时间。SKF ladle refining furnace of No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. used two sets of separated bottom blown argon mixing system. One set of the separated system could not be substituted by the other under the situation of a failure. It had a certain effect on steel quality and production plan. Therefore, the transformation was carried out so that the two sets of bottom blown argon mixing system could be used interchangeably and shutdown time was reduced under the situation of the failure.
