摘 要:用来自陕西省1982—1987年6年的146个小麦叶锈菌株分别对陕西省34个小麦品种接种,分析毒力频率、毒性公式、联合抗病性。结果表明①目前大面积推广的18个生产品种中有13个高感叶锈病,占72.2%。②在12个抗源材料中,有9个对抗叶锈没有利用价值。③用不同年份的菌株进行试验所得的毒力频率、毒性公式和联合抗病性的结果都有差异,因此对同一地区不同年份研究小麦品种与叶锈菌群体的相互作用应具有“时态观点”。Analyses were made on virulence frequency,virulence,formula,and reaction association by inoculating 34 wheat cultivars of Shaanxi Prov- ince respectively with a population of-146 isolates of Puccinia recondita f.sp.tritici collected during 1982—1987 in Shaanxi Proviuce. The result showed (1) 13 (72.2%) of the 18 widely released wheat eultivars were highly susceptible to leaf rust;(2) 9 of 12 sources of resistance showed to be valueless against leaf rust;(3) The result of analyses of virulence frequency,virulence,formula and reaction associ- ation were all different by using isolates of the rust collected in diffe- rent years. The authors suggest to have the vicwpoint of time factor when the interaction of wheat cultivarsand population of leaf rust is studied in one locality but in different years.
