摘  要:用力传感器和位移传感器实时自动测量试验过程中试验力和压头压入试样的深度并显示 ,以控制试验进程 ,保证试验的有效性 ;卸除试验力后 ,由位移传感器在线自动测量残余压痕深度 ,自动计算、输出维氏硬度值 ,保证试验结果获取的实时性 .这是维氏硬度计数字化最简洁、有效的方法 ,使维氏硬度试验能方便地用于硬度的常规检验 。With force transducer and displacement transducer automatically measuring the test load and the depth of diamond pyramid pressed mark respectively, the data are displayed to control the test processing and assure effectiveness of the testing. As soon as unloaded, the depth of the remainder pressed mark is measured on line by the displacement transducer automatically. Furthermore, the calculation of Vickers hardness number and its output are carried out automatically so as to ensure the testing results are obtained on real_time. This is the most concise and effective way for Vickers hardness tester. Thus, not only it will be universally used in routine inspection of metal's hardness easily and quickly, but also be used to solve the technical problem that put the unitary scale of hardness into practice.
