摘　　要：本文分析了依靠生态自然修复能力恢复生态的理论依据及实践依据 ,提出搞好水土资源调查、统一规划、加大水土保持监督执法力度、正确处理治理与预防保护的关系是生态自然恢复的重要保证措施。The paper analyses the theory and practical basis of depending natural repair capacity of ecology, puts forward some important assurance measures of natural repair capacity of ecology by soil and water resources investigation, united planning, soil and water conservation supervision and correct disposition relation between regulation and protection.
