摘  要:选用 1 0 0头 2 1± 3日龄断奶的杜大长三元杂交仔猪分二批进行 EM饲养试验。每批设五个处理组 ,即 A组 :基础日粮 +亚罗康 ( ARGON) ;B组 :基础日粮 + EM ;C组 :基础日粮 + EM ;D组 :基础日粮 + EM ;E组 :基础日粮。通过测定各组的日增重、日采食量和饲料利用率 ,检测各组仔猪不同阶段血清中 AST、ALT及 FT3、FT4 水平 ,同时 ,观测猪舍空气中 NH3浓度 ,认为在 EM 、EM 和 EM 三种自制固态菌剂中 ,以 EM 最优 ,EM 能显著提高断奶仔猪的采食量、饲料利用率和日增重 ,并能显著地降低猪舍空气中的 NH3浓度 ;EMThe EM feeding experiments in two times were conducted by using 100 crossbred piglets (Duroc×Large Yorkshire×Landrace) weaned at 21±3 days. In the experiment of each time there are five treatmecnts: A. basic diet + ARGON; B. basic diet + EMⅠ; C. basic diet + EMⅡ; D. basic diet + EMⅢ; E. basic diet. Through determining daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion efficiency, testing the AST, ALTA, ET 3 and ET 4 in the serum of piglets at different stage and determining the concentration of the NH 3 in the pigsty, it was considered that among the three solid EM, the EMⅡ was the best, which could increase feed intake, feed conversion efficiency and daily gain of the weaned piglets and decrease the concentration of NH 3 in the air of pigsty significantly; E Ⅲ had no any destroy for the function of the liver and the muscular tissue.\;
