摘　　要：针对性地设计了适用于 R& D项目中止决策的指标体系 ,建立了确定指标权重的综合统计方法 ,并提出了对 R& D项目模糊综合评判向量进行处理的模式识别方法 .进而 ,将其成功地应用到 R& D中止决策实践 .案例研究表明 ,综合统计方法用于确定指标权重 ,模糊模式识别方法用来对模糊综合评判向量进行识别 ,其计算量较少、操作简单 ,结果较符合实际 .On the basis of exploring the fuzzy theory and the R&D projects termination decision theory, the authors propose a comprehensive statistic method used to calculate the variables' weights, and a pattern recognition method based on the integrated evaluating vectors of the projects. Furthermore the authors applied them to the R&D project termination decision practice in certain enterprise successfully. The case study shows that methods presented in the paper are feasible, and valid.
