摘　　要：结合现代防空作战部署的特点 ,对防空作战运筹中兵力分配问题进行探讨 ,建立兵力分配问题的数学模型 ,对遗传算法做了改进 ,并给出模型求解的方法和步骤 ,实例表明该方法可为决策者做出科学。Arms Apportion problem is very important in air defense combat OR field. Combining the features of modern air defense combat deployment, this paper discusses the problem, establishs a math model of arms apportion problem, makes some improvements of genetic algorithm and presents the approach and step. The practical calculation shows the method can offer a scientific and effective support for decision maker.
