摘　　要：本文论述了机载相控阵雷达目标回波信号的一种实时模拟方法和基于ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ６２０１的硬件实现。本方法对目标回波信号采用了相干视频模拟法，在视频上模拟目标回波的多普勒频率。通过用天线方向图分别对一路目标模拟信号的调制，产生四路子波束的接收信号，再通过简单计算得到目标回波的和信号（∑）、方位差信号（△α）和俯仰差信号（△β）的实现方法，使硬件设备得到了简化。In this paper, An implementation and simulating method of target reflected signal in airborne phased-array radar is discussed. In the method, the target reflected signal is generated by the way of coherent video simulation and the Doppler frequency of target is simulated on video. By the way that one channel target reflected signal is respectively modulated by four sub-beam, four channel signal are provided. After simply calculating, the sum signal (∑), azimuthal difference signal (△α) and pitching difference signal (△β) can be get. So all signal of target can be generated from only a signal channel.
