摘  要:在数控加工中 ,同传统的线性插补相比 ,采用 NURBS插补刀轨加工 ,具有高速、高精度和高表面质量的独特优点 ,是伴随着高速加工技术发展起来的支撑高速加工单元技术—— CNC控制机和 CAM软件包的核心基础技术。本文从讨论研究 NURBS插补刀轨的生成方法、CNC中 NURBS插补器的关键技术等着手 ,阐述了NURBS插补的特点和技术要点 ,指出了五坐标 NURBS插补技术和基于连续动态控制进给速度的智能High speed machining technique, which features in high efficiency, high precision, high flexibility and high quality, can be applied not only to aluminum, cast iron and steel, but also to high hardness material, and it can be regarded as a new direction of modern manufacture technique. In NC machining, compared with the traditional linear interpolation, NURBS interpolation tool path has the particular characteristics of high speed, high precision and high surface quality, and it is the core fundamental technique with high speed machining techniques. High speed machining cell techniques are based on CNC controller and CAM software package. This paper explains the characteristic and technique points of NURBS interpolation through discussing and researching NURBS interpolation tool path generating method and key techniques of NURBS interpolator in CNC, etc. and points out that fiveaxis NURBS interpolation and the intelligent NURBS interpolation method, which features in controlling the feed speed of NURBS interpolation continuously and dynamically, are the direction of future researching.
