摘 要:提出了一种基于市场总体信息的发电公司优化竞价策略。证明了机组优化竞价曲线的斜率是市场所有边际机组合成报价曲线斜率与机组边际成本曲线斜率之和 ,指出完全竞争市场下机组按边际成本曲线报价是该结论的一个特例 ,并成功地解释了在高峰负荷下发电公司滥用市场势力导致电价飙升的现象。另外 ,推导获得了机组在考虑多时段启停约束和启动成本条件下的最低投运电价。A new optimal bidding strategy for generators based on market global information is presented. It is argued that market global inform ation is the most important if not the only factor that decides the strategies of generators.It is unnecessary to model each m arket participator's action precisely.The slope of the optimal bidding curve is the sum of the slopes of the marginal cost curve and the com bining bidding curves of all m arginal generators of the system . Start- up cost and start- up constraints are considered in the formulation.The conclusion explains the phenomena of market power abusing successfully when system is on peak load. Num erical examples verify that the approach is correct and practical.
