摘　　要：论述Se Cu钢铁常温发黑剂在推广使用中遇到的一些问题 ,作了理论探讨 ,提出相应对策 ,并研制了HD钢铁常温发黑剂和新型防锈钝化水。The technical discussion was carried out and corresponding measures were put forward concerning the problems in the application of Se Cu blackening agent to iron and steel at room temperature.A new kind anti rust passivator and HD blackening agent for iron and steel at room temperature were developed. Key Words Se Cu Blackening Agent,Iron and Steel Material,Blackening Treatment at Room Temperatureof methanol.The results show that the optimun reaction conditions for obtaining product of high viscosity are n (C\-6H\-9O 4OH)∶ n (NaOH)∶ n (ClCH\-2COOH)∶ n (CH\-3OH)=1∶2∶1∶16,reaction temperature 45 ℃ and reaction time 2 h.Viscosity of batata carboxymethyl starch dregs can reach 892 mPa·s.Reaction efficiency is 78.6%.Recovery of methanol is 84%.
