摘　　要：扼要阐述了羊头冲金矿成矿地质特征 ,探讨了矿化富集规律 。The Goldmine’geological features of the Yangtouchong are described and the enrichment regularity of the gold—deposit are discussed in this papers. Something more, the prospecting significance is pointed out.
