摘 要:对天蚕(Anthcraca yamamai)微孢子虫病的发生、病征、传染途径、病原等进行了研究,结果表明:天蚕微孢子虫病病蚕衷现出明显发育缓慢、蚕的体表出现褐色渣点,在气门线附近较密集和明显;天蚕微孢于呈长椭圆形,孢子长3~4.5μm,宽1.5~2.25μm,孢子无色;折光性强,孢子比重大于水;天蚕微孢子虫病的传染途径有胚种传染和食下传染;天蚕微孢子虫病与柞蚕微粒子病能够通过食下互相传染.Abstract The occurrence, sympton, causal organism and infection way for microsporidium disease in Japanese oak silkworm (Antheraea yamamai) were studied. Results suggested that diseased silkworms developed much slowly, and on the surface of body, produced some brown spots which accumulated around spiracles. Microsporidia were oblong, hyaline, and measured 3~4.5 × 1.5-2.25μm. In addition, these spores were heavier than water, and with a character of easily refracting lighe. Furthermore, microsporiditum disease spreads in the silkworms by infecting embryo or from food-cating. Moreover, there were cross infection phenomena between microsporidium disease in Japanese oak silkworm and pebrine in wild silkworm by the way of food-cating.
