摘　　要：马钢铁烧老系统因工艺落后 ,设备陈旧而缺乏市场竞争力 ,甚至亏损。为此 ,公司对该系统的产品结构进行了调整 ,关停了一烧和三铁共 8台小烧结机和 4座小高炉 ,新建 4座 8m2 竖炉生产球团矿 ;同时对二烧 3台 75m2 烧结机进行了挖潜改造 ,既淘汰了落后的工艺与装备 ,又改善了炉料结构 。In order to enhance the enterprise's competitive power, the product structure of the ironmaking-sintering old system ,which process is backward and equipments are aging, was adjusted by Maanshen I&S Co The all of 8 sintering machines and 4 blast furnaces belong to № 3 ironmaking works and № 1 sintering plant were shut down, and 4 pelletizing shaft furnaces were built up in the original place Simultaneously, 3 sintering machines of № 2 sintering plant were modified As a result, not only the backward process and aging equipments were eliminated, but also the BF burden structure was optimized and the obvious benefit was obtained
