摘　　要：随着中国加入WTO日程的迫近,从海洋运输走向综合物流服务已是我国航运企业发展的必然趋势。通过对国外先进物流企业经验的借鉴,结合我国国情,提出新世纪我国航运企业物流运作模式——第三方物流模式。With the approaching of China抯 entering WTO,it has been an inevitable trend for our shipping enterprises to change from sea transportation to integrated logistics service. Reference to the advanced experience of foreign logistics enterprises and our national conditions I bring up a logistics mode suitable to our shipping enterprises-Third Party Logistics.
