摘　　要：轻型房屋钢结构是目前国内外应用和发展速度最快的新型结构型式,广泛用于各类工业和民用建筑中,具有施工速度快、建筑造形美、用钢量少、造价低等优点。本文对国内外轻型钢结构的发展状况进行了系统的回顾和总结,并在此基础上对解决轻钢结构分析、设计和应用中存在的主要问题提出了建议。The lightweight steel structure is a new kind of steel structures. It has been developed most rapidly and applied widely in industrial, residential and public buildings with much its advantages, such as fast and easy construction, attractive appearance, light weight, low constructive price, etc. This paper presents the review and summary of the development situation of the lightweight steel structures in China and other countries. Some comments on the design, application of lightweight steel structures are put forward in the paper.
