摘 要:薯片加工废水是高浓度的有机废水,为考察厌氧-好氧组合技术处理薯片加工废水的可行性,根据废水的水质特点,通过采用水解-填料曝气处理工艺进行了处理该废水的试验研究。试验运行结果表明,该组合工艺的处理效果良好,废水经水解处理,COD去除率为49.0%,BOD5去除率为35.1%,SS去除率为85%;经好氧处理,COD去除率为89.0%,BOD5去除率为94.0%,SS去除率为77.6%;系统总COD去除率94.6%,BOD5去除率为96.1%,SS去除率为97%,出水符合排放标准。Considering that wastewater from potato chips processing is highly concentrated organic wastewater,experiments were made with hydrolyze and filling aeration to study the feasibility of treating the wastewater from chips processing by combining anaerobic and aerobic processes.The experimental results indicate that the combination of anaerobic and aerobic processes generated very good results.The removal rates of COD,BOD 5 ,SS were up to49.0%,35.1%,85.0%respectively after treatmnet by hydrolysis.The removal rates of COD,BOD 5 ,SS were89.6%,94.0%,77.6%respectively after aerobic treatment ;and the total removal rates of COD,BOD 5 ,SS were94.6%,96.1%,97.0%,respectivel and the final effluent quality met the discharge sandads.
