摘　　要：介绍了人防地下室的 3种通风方式及其功能转换时的控制方法和转换机制 ,以及平时通风系统与战时进、排风系统常见的连接、转换方式。指出在工程设计时要考虑平战两系统的有效结合 ,尽可能使平时通风系统成为战时通风系统的一部分 ,这样可减少工程投资和提高施工进度。Presents three ventilation modes, control methods and exchange mechanism, several conventional linking and exchanging methods for the peacetime ventilation system and wartime air intake and extraction system. Puts forward that the two systems should be effectively combined to reduce project investment and speed up construction.
