摘 要:主厂房采暖应尽量利用发电机组放热风采暖 ,传统的自然补冷风自然放热风方式 ,发电机放热风量仅占发电机循环风量的比例不足 10 % ,使发电机余热利用受到很大的限制。本研究在传统的发电机放热风采暖的基础上 ,采用机械补风、自然放热风的发电机组余热智能供暖系统 ,将供热、发电机通风防火、智能化控制与管理进行有机的结合 ,通过机电一体化的设计 ,研制、开发出了 RBZ- 5系列水轮发电机组余热智能供暖系统 ,并在李家峡 4 #水轮发电机组上得到了成功的应用 ,运行实测厂房冬季温度可达 14℃以上 ,供热量增加了 5 8.5 %~ 6 4 .8% ,节能效果显著。该系统在我国华北、西北、东北地区具有良好的市场前景和推广应用价值。The powerhouse should be heated by as much as possible utilizing the hot wind from generator units. The conventional heating system by naturally replenishing cold wind and supplying hot wind can only utilize less than 10 % of the hot wind from generator unit and the utilization of unit remaining heat is greatly restrained. On the basis of the conventional unit hot wind heating, the intelligent heating system by using the naturally supplied hot wind from generator unit and mechanically replenished cold wind is adopted. By electromechanically integrating heat supply, generator ventilation, and fireproofing, intelligent control and supervision, RBZ-5 Series intelligent heating system for utilizing unit remaining heat is developed. It is successfully applied to the No. 4 unit of the Lijiaxia power plant and the measured winter temperature in the powerhouse is above 14 ℃ and the heat supply is increased by 58.5%~64.8%, resulting in remarkable energy saving effect. This system has good market and wide application perspective in North, Northwest and Northeast China.
