江苏水质型缺水地区水生态环境恢复研究

摘　　要：结合江苏水生态环境现状 ,分析了水生态环境恶化的现状及严重性 ,指出江苏省水环境遭受严重污染的主要原因为工业及生活污水排放量较大 ,且农田施用化肥、农药过量。提出了水生态环境恢复的生态措施、工程措施以及与之相适应的法制保障。The present situation and gravity of water ecological environment deterioration are analyzed for Jiangsu Province. It is pointed out that the main causes of serious pollution of water environment are the large amount of industrial and domestic waste water discharged and the excessive use of fertilizers and agricultural chemicals. Finally, ecological measures, engineering measures and corresponding juridical guarantee are presented for the recovery of water ecological environment.
