摘　　要：公布对太湖流域 1999年污染源监测结果。从一九九九·太湖“零点达标行动”后的监测状况表明 ,太湖流域水质没有明显好转 ,污染指数却有所增加。指出改善和保护太湖流域水环境的任务重大而紧迫。Monitoring on pollution sources in the Taihu Lake Basin after the Zero O'clock Action shows that there has no apparent improvement in water quality in this area, and pollution indexes are still increasing. It is pointed out that the task of water environment protection and improvement in this area is still arduous.
