摘  要:以逐板法建立了 IGCC电站空分系统精馏塔的动态模型 ,研究了下塔液氮抽取量对产品氮气和产品氧气纯度的影响 ,上塔氧气抽取量对产品气纯度的影响 ,以及氧气抽取量阶越变化时 。Dynamic characteristics of Air Separation System influences the chararistics of IGCC plant seriously.The study of the characteristics of Air Separation System is important to the study of the control of IGCC plant.Distillation tower is the key device of Air Separation System.The mathematic model of distillation tower was built by plate plate means.The inflence that the amount of liquid nitrogen pumped did to the concentrtion of product gases had been done.The inflence that the amount of product oxygen pumped did to the concentration of product gases had been done.The dynamic response was studied when the amount of product oxygen did a step change.
