摘　　要：根据松榆花园 1号楼工程场区地层具有多次旋回沉积的显著特征 ,充分利用地下水多层性的特点 ,采用了“自渗为主 ,抽渗结合”的降水施工技术 ,满足了施工要求 ,并且在主体结构施工阶段减少了降水人员跟班作业 。The stratum in the construction area of No 1 Building of the Songyu Garden project has an obvious feature, many times cyclic sedimentation. Engineers used adequately the many\|layers feature of underground water, adopted the water\|lowering construction method, self\|seepage combined suction, to satisfy construction requirements. This method reduced the workload of water\|lowering workers during main structure construction and got good effects.
