烟草染色体制片技术与核型分析

摘　　要：对烟草染色体制片技术中的几种预处理方法进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,用风油精溶液 ( 2 0 % )进行预处理效果最好 ,染色体分散度较高 ,收缩长度适宜 ,且可显示一定的带纹。用此预处理方法对粘烟草进行核型分析 ,得出简式为 2 n=2 4 =1 6m ( 2 SAT) +6sm ( 1 SAT) +2 t。其中第 2对染色体短臂上具 1个随体 ,第 5对染色体短臂上具In the paper,the comparison of five preparatory treatments in chromosome technique of tobacco was carried out. The result showed that the essential oil solution (20%) had the best effect: both the degree of dispersion and the length of chromosomes were proper, and some of the bands were developed clearly.By this treatment,the karyotype of N.glutinosa was analyzed and the karyotype formula was 2n=2x=24=16m(2SAT)+6sm(1SAT)+2t.One satellite on each short arms of the second chromosomes and two satellites on two pairs of short arms of the fifth ones were found,respectively.
