摘 要:采用微量凯氏定氮法和氨基酸自动分析仪 ,分析了 14种大麦籽粒的蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量 ,从中筛选出 8个籽粒蛋白质含量大于 12 % ,且赖氨酸含量都大于 0 .5 %的大麦品种。再采用RAPD技术对这 8个大麦材料基因组进行多态性分析 ,并推测 8个大麦材料间的遗传距离。本研究将为高蛋白和高赖氨酸大麦杂交育种亲本的选定提供依据。Protein and lysine contents for 14 barely seeds were measured with micro kjeldahl method and amino acid automatic analyser, and 8barely varieties which contain over 12% of protein and 0.5% of lysine were sifted. Genomes of 8 barely samples were analyzed by RAPD assay, and their genetic distances were tested according to similar ratio of amplified bands. Based on the result, these data will provide basis for selection of parents in protein rich and lysine rich barley hybrid breed.
