摘　　要：研究了两阶段供应链 ,将链成员扩展为一个供应商和两个零售商的情况 ,假设供应商的外部货源充足 ,供应商缺货时 ,零售商按一定比例分配货源 .研究独立市场非合作型、独立市场合作型和完全竞争市场型情况下各供应链成员的最佳库存策略 .在完全竞争的情况下 。We extend the serial 2 stage supply chain to the case of one supplier and two retailers. It is assumed that outer provider for the supplier has ample goods. If the supplier has an inadequate on hand inventory, the allocation will be fixed in a certain proportion. We show the optimal inventory policies of the chain members in three cases: independent market noncoorperative type, independent market coorperative type, and absolutely competitive type.
