摘  要:利用多小穗 10 - A的 6 0份改良品系与川麦 2 8杂交 ,其 F1 主要农艺性状的调查与分析表明 ,F1 平均抽穗期较川麦 2 8晚一天左右 ,平均小穗数和平均穗粒数呈正向优势 ,说明这套改良品系在提高穗粒数方面具有优势 ;但平均千粒重和平均穗粒重与高千粒重的川麦 2 8相比有所下降。本研究筛选出 6份穗粒重较对照川麦 2 8提高 15 %以上的组合 ,其中 97- 13- 2、97- 94和 97- 116三个品系的 F1 较川麦 2 8穗粒重提高 2 0 %以上 。Sixty advanced lines from multi spikelet wheat 10 A were crossed respectively with Chuanmai 28. Major agronomic characters of F 1 hybrids were investigated and analyzed. Mean heading date of F 1 was later about one day than that of Chuanmai 28. Mean spikelet number and mean grain number per spike were positive heterosis, but mean 1000 grain weight and grain weight per spike of F 1 were slightly negative heterosis. From these hybridized combinations, 6 relatively better crosses with higher grain weight per spike were selected out. The three of them, namely 97 13 2×Chuanmai 28, 97 94×Chuanmai 28 and 97 116×Chuanmai 28,had increased grain weight per spike by 20% or more over Chuanmai 28. They are useful to heterosis or further improvement of wheat as one of important combinations.
