摘  要:染液在木材中的渗透是木材染色的关键 .该文选取毛白杨、泡桐、马尾松和红松等树种 ,利用真空浸注的方法 ,研究木材染色过程中的预处理和染色工艺条件对染料在木材中的渗透机理的影响 .结果表明 ,染料在不同树种木材中渗透性有较大差异 ,所采用的两种阔叶材的渗透性优于针叶材 ,而密度与渗透性无直接关系 ;木材经过抽提处理后 ,渗透性有所改善 ,改善的幅度因树种而异 ;真空度、抽真空时间和染色时间是影响染料渗透深度的主要因子 ,其它因子对染料渗透的深度影响不大 ;不同树种的木材染色时 。Permeating of dyestuff in the wood is of very importance in wood dyeing. Populus tomentosa, Paulownia elongata, Pinus massoniana and Pinus koraaiensis were chosen to make the experiment of pretreatment in the process of wood dyeing and dyeing technological conditions to the permeable mechanism of dyestuff in the wood. The results show: The permeability of the dyestuff is very different in the different wood species. The permeability of the two softwood samples adopted is better than the hardwood ones. The density has no relation with the permeability which has been improved after amoniaing. The degree is different because of different wood species. Some factors such as vacuum level, vacuum time and dyeing time, are primary affecting on the permeating depth of dyestuff, and some others are not important. Different pretreatment methods and dyeing conditions are used in different wood species.
