枣树裂果机理研究

摘　　要：对枣树裂果机理进行了综述。枣树裂果程度、裂果率与品种有关 ,其中襄汾木枣最抗裂 ,梨枣、临汾圆枣最不抗裂。此外 ,影响枣树裂果的因素还有果实的解剖结构、果实钙含量、果皮粘弹性、气候条件、土壤条件、地下水位等。针对裂果的原因 。Fruit cracking is an important problem in jujube production. This paper summarized the mechanism of fruit cracking in Chinese jujube, and showed that jujube varieties,and the dissecting structure, the toughness of the fruit, the Calcium level of the fruit, the climate, the soil, the level of groundwater and so on, were all responsible for fruit cracking in jujube. The paper presented some methods to avoid fruit cracking.
