摘　　要：通过对世界两大主要银企关系模式的特点和功能分析,进而对两种不同模式的历史渊源、现状及发展趋热进行了比较研究,认为银企能否正常发展,良性互动,最终取决于其运行的经济环境,受制于经济体制。Through the analysis of characteristic and function about the two main models for Bank & Enterpeise Relationship in the world.and compared the historical sources, current status and development trends of the two different models, we considered that whether the Bank & Enterprise could be developed normally and influence each other better, lies on its economical environment, and it is enslaved to the ecomomical system.
