摘　　要：本文从当前我国海洋水产业急需解决的重大问题入手 ,分析了我国海洋水产业发展所面临的国内、国际背景 .提出了海洋水产业高技术化这一战略措施 ,并就高技术化的重点领域。This paper starts with the important problems which demand rapid solution in our country currently,and analyzed the national and international background that Chinese Marine fisheries confronts.A strategic measure,high-technicalization,is put forward.Moreover,the important field,countermeasure and base-construction of high-technicalization is discussed in detail.
