β-十二烷基二甲基铵乙基膦酸内盐的合成

摘　　要：用一锅法合成了溴乙基膦酸 ,再与十二烷基二甲基胺反应合成了新化合物 β 十二烷基二甲基铵乙基膦酸内盐C12 H2 5N+ (CH3 ) 2 -CH2 CH2 PO3 H-,用IR ,1HNMR ,MS ,元素分析对其进行了结构表征 。It is reported that the new compound β dimethylododecylanmmonioethylphosphonic acid betaine C 12 H 25 N\++(CH\-3)\-2-CH\-2CH\-2PO\-3H\+- was synthesized by reaction of dimethyldodecylamine with 2 bromoethtyl phosphonic acid which was prepared with one pot reaction procedure, and the structure of the tittle compound was characterized by means of IR,\+1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. The synthetic routes and procedure were also discussed.
