摘  要:在汽车白车身的装配过程中 ,往往会遇到两个具有复杂曲面轮廓的三维零件的装配位置优化问题 ,本文在采用遗传算法的基础上 ,通过构造适当的优化目标函数 ,提高优化求解的收敛速度 ,提高该算法的实用性。There are many problems of two three dimension objects with complicated profile in the process of B I W assembly, which cause many assembly mating problem. In order to solve this kind of problem,a novel algorithm based on genetic algorithm for determining the optimal fitting of one three dimension curve is discussed and its convergent speed is improved. The solution to constrained optimization by applying genetic algorithm is described in detail. Some improved GA methods used in the constrained optimization is presented.
