摘　　要：对非圆齿轮的插齿加工过程进行了分析 ,同时对非圆齿轮内齿插齿加工中的负啮合角问题进行了探讨 。In this paper, the process of manufacturing non circular gear by involute cylindrical shape cutter is analyzed, and a condition of negative meshing angle in manufacturing non circular internal gear is discussed, this method can be used to check calculation of negative meshing angle when we design and manufacture a non circular internal gear.
