摘　　要：基于铁路轨道测试现场的要求，本文详细阐述了轨道参数智能测试系统的测量原理、软件和硬件结构和系统功能，并对各组成部分的工作原理及软件设计进行了分析。Based on the demand of railway measured pot, the concept and construction on the intelligent me- asurement system of railway parameters are introduced. Lastly, the principle of every section and software design are discussed.
