摘　　要：邯钢2000 m^3高炉喷煤系统设计采用布袋收粉器、浓相输送、炉前分配器等先进技术,设计喷吹能力为200 kg/t,目前煤比已到150 kg/t。该系统具有固气比高、耗气量少、速度低、控制精度高等特点。Some advanced techniques were adopted in design of the pulverized coal injection system of2000m^3 BF at Handan Iron & Steel Co., such as bag dust collector,dense phase transport, main feedpipe and distributor. The design capacity of PCI system is 200kg/t,and BF coal rate has reached150kg/t by now. The system have following advantages: high solid-gas ratio,low gas consumption,low conveying velocity and high control accuracy ,etc..
