混杂增强复合材料电缆保护管的研制

摘　　要：提出了一种卷制成型地埋混杂增强复合材料电缆保护管的技术方案 ,并对其产品的物理、力学性能等进行了测试与分析。结果表明 :这种保护管具有强度高、质量轻、阻燃、绝缘、耐腐蚀和施工方便等优点 ,是一种安全可靠、优质、多功能的新型结构材料 ,优于市售其它类型的电缆保护管。The paper puts forward a rolling formation technology of organic and inorganic fibers reinforced plastic pipe which is used to protect electric cable under ground. The physical and mechanical properties of the pipe have been tested and analyzed. The results show that this type of protective pipe has many advantages, such as high strength, light weight, flame resistance, insulation, corrosion resistance and easily construction. It is a new type of safe, reliable, quality, multifunctional constructive material, which is better than other electric cable protective pipe on sale.
