摘　　要：防水工程的保修期制度存在诸多问题，已不能适应当前提高防水工程质量的迫切要求。笔者认为我国实行防水工程保证期制度的时机和条件已成熟，呼吁尽快在我国实行保证期制度。Many problems exist in after service period system for waterproofing works.At present the system can not meet the urgent needs for improving quality of waterproofing works any more.It is time to implement warranty period system,necessity and feasibility of which are described in detail in the article.
