摘  要:为实现SBR法脱氮在线模糊控制,以啤酒废水为研究对象,通过不同进水氨氮浓度、不同进水有机物浓度的试验详细地研究了SBR法去除有机物、硝化和反硝化过程中DO和ORP的变化规律。结果表明在有机物去除过程中DO和ORP都有平台出现;有机物去除结束时DO和ORP都突然跃升。在硝化反应结束时,DO出现第二次跳跃,并在接近饱和值处第二次维持恒定,ORP则出现第二个平台。反硝化过程中,ORP不断减速下降,在反硝化结束时突然下降速度增加出现拐点,指示反硝化已经结束。不同进水氨氮浓度和进水有机物浓度的试验进一步验证了DO和ORP的特征点、平台的重现性,可以作为SBR法去除有机物、硝化和反硝化的模糊控制参数。In order to achieve on-line fuzzy control of nitrogen removal in Sequencing Batch Reactor(SBR)treatment of brewery wastewater,the relationships between ORP?DO and organic matter degra-dation,nitrification and denitrification were studied through nitrogen shock loading and organic shock loading experimentstions.Results indicated that DO and ORP both have platform,during degradation of organic matter,DO and ORP went up quickly at the end of degradation of organic matter,DO went up quickly at the end of nitrification,and then has a platform near saturated DO;moreover ORP turned up the second platform.During denitrification,ORP decreased quickly and then slowly,ORP decreased quickly when deniftrification stoped,showing a breakpoint on the ORP curve.Nitrogen shock loading?organic shock loading experiments successfully proved the significant points of DO and ORP reqppear ance and could be used as fuzzy control parameters.
