摘　　要：目的 :探讨刺五加叶皂甙 ( Acanthophopanax senticosus,ASS)诱导肺癌细胞凋亡的作用机制 ,寻找治疗肺癌的新途径。方法 :经流式细胞仪和透射电镜观察 ASS对 Spc- A1肺癌细胞的细胞周期动力学的影响和形态改变。结果 :ASS可诱发肺癌细胞凋亡 ,电镜观察肺癌细胞呈凋亡改变 ,其效应与其作用的剂量成正比。结论 :ASS可促进体外培养的肺癌细胞凋亡 ,抑制Objective:To investigate mechanism of apoptosis of lung cancer cell line (Spc A 1) induced with acanthophopanax senticosus (ASS) and look for new approaches to treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Apoptosis rate and morphologic changs induced by ASS in Spc A 1 cells was observed under flow cytometry assays and fluorescent microscopy.Results:The results showed that ASS can induce apoptosis in Spc A 1 cell line.Conclusion:ASS may impel the apoptosis and inhibit DNA synthesis in cancer cells Spc A 1 cell line.
