TGF-β_1在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的加龄变化

摘　　要：目的 :观察转化生长因子 -β1(TCF-β1)在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法 :用 SP免疫组织化学法对 4 8例人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞进行 TGF-β1免疫细胞化学染色。结果 :TGF-β1在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ;免疫阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。 TGF-β1阳性细胞浆为桔黄色或棕黄色的颗粒状或斑块状。结论Objective:To observe the expression of transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1)in lens epithelial cells(LECs)of fetus.Methods:SP techniques were applied for immunocytochemical staining of LECs of 48 fetus with TGF β 1 antibodies.Results:We found the expression of TGF β 1 in LECs at different fetal age.the positive staining for TGF β 1 was orange or brown,and was scattered or mottled within the cytoplasm; the number of positive cells decreased with the increase of the fetal age.Conclusion:There are all expression of TGF β 1 in LECs at different fetal age.
