摘　　要：葡激酶(Staphylokinase)是由金黄色葡萄球菌产生的胞外酶,它类似尿激酶(Urokinase)和链激酶(Streptokinase),有可能作为治疗血栓的药物。为了进一步开展对葡激酶溶原转换的基础工作和应用的研究,我们进行了葡激酶基因的克隆现报道如下,Staphylokinase(Sak) gene from DNA of lysogenic conversion phageα has been cloned using vector pBR322 plasmid which had been digestedwith HindⅢ .The transformant obtained the ablity to produce Sak. DNAwas extracted from recombinants and digested with HindⅢ, it was foundby agarose gel electrophoresis that the Sak gene was located on the 2.8kb HindⅢ digestion fragment of α DNA.
