用多级厌氧消化器处理豆腐废水

摘　　要：本文报道用自行设计的实验室规模的多级厌氧消化器处理豆腐废水的实验结果。消化器总容积5L,进水COD为14000—28000mg/L,发酵温度30℃,COD去除率可达98%左右,每去除1g COD可产沼气0.42—0.65L,其中甲烷含量53%以上。Soybean cake waste water has been treated successively with amultiple anaerobic bed digester (MABD) designed by this group inlaboratory scale. The total effective volumn is 5 litres. The CODcontent of waste water treated is 14--28g/L. After treatment 98% ofCOD is diminished. About 0.45--0.65L of biogas is produced per gramof COD. Methane content in the biogas is over 53%.
