摘  要:通过对干旱条件下不同小麦品种的观测发现 :在干旱胁迫下 ,小麦有冷暖之分 ,并被区分为冷型小麦和暖型小麦 ,其灌浆规律用 Richards方程 W=K( 1 + e A+ Bt) - 1/N得到较好的拟合效果 ,籽粒增重遵循慢—快—慢的节律变化。冷型小麦与暖型小麦相比 ,表现出营养器官和籽粒发育较协调 ,灌浆持续时间长 ,活跃生长期长 ,尤其结实后期灌浆速率高的特点 ;它的饱满指数也明显高于暖型小麦。上述特点和其代谢功能有着密不可分的关系 ,冷型小麦在叶片功能期、丙二醛含量和净光合速率等方面均较优越。由此可见 ,在干旱条件下 ,冷型小麦在灌浆方面有明显优势 。On the basis of continual temperature observation of wheat populations of different varieties, cold typical wheat and warm typical wheat have been discovered under drought. Grain dry weight accumulation curves of both are Richards equations. Grain filling period of cold typical wheat was longer, and its grain filling rate was higher during the last period; its satiety index was higher. These characteristics of cold typical wheat have a close relation to the metabolic function, which is more excellent in functional period of leaves, MDA content and net photosynthetic rate, etc. So under drought, the grain filling characteristics hare distinct superiority, serving the choice of breeding material as theory substratum.
