中药碘对大鼠垂体性腺轴的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药碘对大鼠垂体性腺轴的影响。方法 :采用放免法测定大鼠垂体激素卵泡刺激素 ( F SH )、黄体生成素 ( L H)、睾酮 ( T)。结果 :高剂量中药碘能明显降低 T,对 F SH、L H无明显影响。结论 :高剂量碘能明显降低 T。Objective: To investigate the effect of herbal iodine on the hypophysis-sex gland axle in rats. Methods: To determine the serum FSH, LH and testosterone (T) by means of radio-immune method. Results: High dose of herbal iodine could significantly decrease the serum testosterone and have little effect on the serum FSH and LH. Conclusion:High dose of herbal iodine could significantly decrease the serum testosterone.
