硝苯地平及卡托普利含服治疗高血压急症的疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨硝苯地平 (NFP) (nifedipine)及卡托普利 (CTP) (captopril)两药单独使用与两药合并使用的降压疗效 ,将高血压急症患者 84例随机分为 3组 ,其中每组共有 2 8例 ,含服NFP或CTP的为对照组 ,含服NFP +CTP的为观察组。结果显示 ,NFP +CTP组合用降压效果优于单用NFP或CTP组 ,两药合用剂量小 。To assess the antihypertensive effect of the sublingual nifedipine(NFP) alone and combination with captopril(CTP), 84 hypertensive emergency were divided randomly into three groups, each comprised 28 cases of them. The groups of patients received sublingual NFP or CTP alone served as control group,with the groups of patients received both NFP and CTP as observation group. Results The combined use of NFP and CTP produced better effect in decreasing blood pressure than the sole use of NFP or CTP. The lower combined dose of NFP and CTP prolonged the antihypertensive effect.
