社区综合防治对农村原发性高血压患者血压水平的影响及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析社区综合防治对农村原发性高血压患者血压水平的影响及其相关因素。方法利用“九五”国家科技攻关项目在北京房山区开展综合防治研究。结果干预组的收缩压和舒张压均值较基线分别下降了 5 .7mm Hg和 5 .6 mm Hg,全部 2 0 0 3例高血压患者的收缩压和舒张压均值分别下降了 4.7mm Hg和 5 .4m m Hg。影响血压变化的因素主要有年龄、文化程度、BMI和基线时的血压水平等。结论社区综合防治对降低农村原发性高血压患者的血压水平效果明显。Objective To Study of the effects of community-based co mp rehensive prevention and control on the blood pressure of hypertension patients and its related factors in the rural areas.Methods Community-based comprehensive prevention and control of hypertension was carried out in patients among 120 000 people in Fangshan district of Beijing during the period of 'Th e Ninth Five-Year Plan(1996~2000)'.Results At the end of intervent ion study,SBP and DBP of the patients in the intervention community respectively decreased by 5 7 mmHg and 5.6 mmHg,and SBP and DBP of the whole 2 003 patients dec reased by 4.7 mmHg and 5.4 mmHg respectively.The factors that influenced the blo od pressure were age,education,BMI and the level of blood pressure at the baseli ne.Conclusion The community-based comprehensive strategies and meas ures played important and effective roles in reduction and control of blood pres sure,and suggested paying more attention to the special patients in their health education and treatment.\;
