摘　　要：目的研究调查中老年人的血脂情况及与血压、体重的关系。方法抽样调查温州市女 5 5岁 ,男 6 0岁以上共 1371人的血脂 ,血压及体重。结果 1女性除 75～ 79岁年龄段外其余总胆固醇 (TC)平均水平均超过 5 .2 0mm ol/ L,女性 TC,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)水平超过男性。 2女性高胆固醇血症 ,混合性高脂血症及高低密度脂蛋白血症高于男性 ;高甘油三酯血症 ,低高密度脂蛋白血症则低于男性。 3男性血脂高低与血压高否无关 ,女性高血压者 ,TG、TC水平增高。 4无论男女 ,超重均使 TG升高和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL- C)下降。结论随着生活条件的改善 。Objective To investigate the status of blood lipid and i ts correlation with blood pressure and body weight in the middle-aged the aged.Methods A sampling survey on blood lipid,blood pressure and body weigh t was performed in 1 371 people(females over 55 years old and males over 60) in Wenzhou city.Resutls ①The levels of total cholesterol (TC) in the females except 75~79 years were more than 5.20 mmol/L.The levels of TC and low d ensity lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were higher in females than in males.②T h e incidences of hypercholesterolemia,mixed hyperlipemia and hyper-LDL-choleste rolemia in females were higher than those in males.However,the incidences of hyp erglyceridemia and hypo-high density lipoprotein(HDL)-cholesterolemia in femal es were lower than those in males.③The levels of blood lipid had no association with the levels of blood pressure in males.However,the levels of TG and TC incr eased in hypertensive females.④The levels of TG increased and HDL-C decreased in both overweight sexes.Conclusion The middle-aged and the aged pe ople in Wenzhou have become high risk populations of potential cardioventricular events.\;
