通降胃灵Ⅰ号对胃肠运动功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究通降胃灵 号 (通 )对胃肠运动功能的影响。方法 :甲基橙试验和炭末推进法分别检测通降胃灵 号对小鼠胃排空功能和小肠推进功能的影响 ;大鼠离体胃底条和家兔离体空肠肌收缩试验测定药物对胃肠运动的影响。结果 :通 能促进小鼠胃排空和胃肠推进运动 ,增强大鼠离体胃底条的收缩及对家兔离体空肠平滑肌的收缩。结论 :通 具有增强胃肠运动功能 ,改善胃动力的作用。Objective: To study Tongjiangweiling No.1 effect on gastrointestinal motor function. Methods: The gastrointestinal motor function of Tongjiangweiling No.1 was observed by gastric empting test with Methylorange in mice, small intestine propellant test with carbon particle in mice, and contractibility detection with isolated strips in fundus of stomach of Wistar rats and with isolated jejunum of rabbits. Results: Tongjiangweiling No.1 can promote the gastric empting function and the propellant function of small intestine in mice; and enhance the contractibility of isolated stomach muscle of Wistar rats and isolated jejunum of rabbits. Conclusion: Tongjiangweiling No.1 possesses the effect of enhancing gastrointestinal movement and of improving the gastro motility.
